日本の大根を使ったお料理について書きました。
We usually use Daikon, Japanese radish for every cooking.
It is cooked for pickled vegetables, simmer, vegetable stir fry, O-den, Miso soup etc.
We could eat radish harvested with their leaves that is included various vitamin. The Japanese radish is much larger than Western radishes.
Grated Japanese radish is often used in Japanese cuisine with fish.
