【 長年悲願の新技術、開発出来ました♪ 】

気怠い火曜の夜をいかがお過ごしでしょうか？
さてこの度、時計ストラップ作りにおいて長年試行錯誤して参りました悲願の新技術を開発する事が出来ました！
それはどんな「新技術」かと申しますと…
どんなドレスウオッチにも、「スターマークのあるガルーシャのレザーストラップ」が装着出来るようになる新技術です。
具体的にご説明しますと…
通常 ガルーシャのスターマーク周辺の革は 革の厚みが特に分厚くて、ガルーシャの粒々もいっそう大きくて、いっそう硬いのです。
そしてドレスウオッチの場合…
スターマーク周辺のガルーシャの革はあまりに厚過ぎて、スターマークの有るガルーシャのストラップではバネ棒が留められません。
しかしながらこの「新技術」がそれを可能にします♪
ウオッチストラップのバネ棒周辺部分にガルーシャの革の薄い部位を移植して革を繋げるのです。
「革を繋げる」と言っても…
繋ぎ目の裏側には、防弾チョッキにも使われるインビスタ社のコーデュラポリエステル芯地を 高周波熱着機で圧着して強度を稼いでいます。
そして繋ぎ目の表側(ガルーシャの粒々側)には…
「私が独自に調合したKojimaxオリジナル接着剤」と「ガルーシャの粒々を削って作った粉末」を混ぜ合わせた『ガルーシャテイル オリジナル パテ』を作り、それを継ぎ目に盛る事によって ガルーシャ革同士の繋ぎ目が全く目立たなくなるようになります。
ですので「革を繋ぐ」と言っても、強度的にも問題は無く、見た目的にも違和感の無い仕上がりにする事が出来ます。
そして、この「新技術」をストラップ製作に実装する事によって 具体的にどんなメリットがあるのかと言いますと…

【 New technology developed♪ 】

Now, after many years of trial and error in making watch straps, we have finally developed a long-awaited new technology!
What kind of "new technology" is it?...
It is a new technology that allows you to attach a stingray leather strap with a star mark to your any dress watches.
To explain in more detail...
Usually, the leather around the Star Mark of the stingray is particularly too thick, and the grains of the stingray leather are particularly too larger and harder.
And in the case of any dress watches...
The stingray leather around the Star Mark is too thick, so the watch spring bar cannot be attached to the stingray leather strap with the Star Mark.
However, this "new technology" makes it possible.
Only the area around the spring bar of the watch strap is connected by grafting thin sections of the stingray leather.
I say "grafting the leather" but I mean...
The back side of the joint is made stronger by pressing Invista's Cordura polyester interlining, which is also used in bulletproof vests in US Navy, with a high-frequency heat bonding machine.
Then, on the surface side of the joint,I apply "Galuchattail Original Putty", a mixture of "Kojimax's original adhesive, which I mixed myself" and "powder made by shaving the grains of the stingray leather", to make the joints between the stingray leather less noticeable.
As a result, the strength of the joints can be maintained and the appearance of the joints can be finished by me without discomfort.
What are the specific benefits of implementing this "new technology" in strap production?
