My goals for 2025 are:
The start of the new year was slightly delayed, but having successfully completed a major work event and returned from my first overseas experience, I've set my goals for 2025.
1. Mastering English Conversation
Through my overseas experience, I've come to recognize the importance of English. Moving forward, I aim to enhance my English conversation skills to confidently communicate in both daily and business settings. Specifically, I plan to:
Review vocabulary and grammar at the junior high school level to build a solid foundation.
Practice pronunciation and listening using resources like the book "English Ear," which provides diagrams to help with pronunciation.
Engage in online English conversation lessons and keep an English diary to improve my speaking and writing skills.
Recognizing that I'm currently at a beginner level, I intend to document my progress as a personal record, sharing my journey from the basics to more advanced levels.
2. Continuing Strength Training
For health maintenance and physical improvement, I will continue strength training. In particular, I plan to incorporate the training regimen from "One Punch Man" (excluding the 10km run), adjusting the pace to suit my own level to ensure sustainability. Through this, I aim to maintain both physical and mental health, enhancing daily vitality.
3. Maintaining an A Rank on Zwift
I aim to maintain an A rank on the cycling training app "Zwift." By participating in regular training and races, I plan to improve both endurance and competitiveness. This will allow me to experience the joy of achieving goals while continuing a healthy lifestyle.
Starting from January 27th, I will document my daily progress and reflections. By doing so, I hope to experience personal growth and spend a fulfilling year.
Through sharing this record, I hope it will serve as a reference for others with similar goals.
