今年の夏季の土用の丑は，７月30日（日）である。今年の冬季と秋季の土用の丑は二度あり，それぞれ１月19日（木）と１月31日（火），10月22日（日）と11月３日（金）である。春季の土用の丑は４月25日（火）である。土用とは季節の春夏秋冬が到来する前の約18日間を指し，丑は十二支（干支）であり12日ごとに繰り返されるために，「土用の丑」の日は毎年変わり，同一季節の中で二度訪れることがある。

This year's summer doyō no ushi falls on July 30th (Sunday). There are two instances of doyō no ushi in the winter and autumn seasons this year, which are January 19th (Thursday) and January 31st (Tuesday), and October 22nd (Sunday) and November 3rd (Friday), respectively. The spring doyō no ushi is on April 25th (Tuesday). Doyō refers to the approximately 18-day period before each season of spring, summer, autumn, and winter arrives, while ushi represents one of the twelve animal signs in the Chinese zodiac, repeating every twelve days. As a result, the date of "doyō no ushi" changes every year and can occur twice within the same season.
