暴力で民主主義を萎縮させてはいけない：2023年4月16日（日）

昨年7月に奈良県で起きた安倍元首相襲撃事件から１年も経たない昨日，和歌山県で現職の岸田首相の演説場所に爆弾物が放り投げられるという事件が起きた。それも同じ午前11時半という時間帯にである。

　少なくとも現職閣僚の街頭での演説方法については新しいルールが必要だ。

Less than a year after the assault on former Prime Minister Abe in Nara Prefecture in July of last year, an incident occurred yesterday in Wakayama Prefecture where a bomb was thrown at the location of a speech by current Prime Minister Kishida. Moreover, this incident occurred at the same time of 11:30 a.m.

At least, new rules are necessary regarding the methods of giving speeches by incumbent cabinet members on the streets.
