神山祭：2023年11月5日（日）
本学の学園祭の神山祭（こうやまさい）が11月4日から6日までキャンパスで開催されている。学生企画の盛り沢山のイベントや数多くの飲食の模擬店がキャンパス内に所狭しと林立して並び，学生だけでなく学外から多くの人が訪れて，娯楽に興じ，舌鼓を打つ。
今年の学園祭のテーマは「No Limit！」。ステージ発表，豪華ゲストを招いてのお笑いライブやトークショー，音楽ライブなどの企画も含まれている。学園祭の企画に参加している学生はイキイキしているようだ。
その一方，今の4年次生は2020年4月に入学した学生がほとんどであり，新型コロナ感染症のパンデミックにより，1年次から3年次まで，授業は対面授業がほとんどなく遠隔授業（オンライン授業）が中心となり，学内の部活動やサークル活動は原則禁止されていた。つまり，就職活動のエントリーシートの中に書く必要のある記入欄の一つである「ガクチカ」（大学でチカラを入れたこと）に書くべき内容がほとんどない学生がほとんどである。
大学において友人という人間関係が構築できない社会環境の中で，学生時代を過ごしたことによる影響は，24年卒の学生が社会に出て数年後に顕在化してくるだろうと見ている。私は，これが，高い確率で，今後大きな社会問題になるだろうと見ている。
友人の作り方を知らない学生集団が社会に同時に出る。あらゆる組織で，このことが組織運営においてネガティブに働く原因となる。私はゼミの4年生には「入社後の同期を何よりも大事にするように」と繰り返して教えているが，それだけで問題が解決できる代物ではないことも分かっている。
Kohyama Festival：November 5th(Sunday)
Our university's annual campus festival, the Kohyama Festival, is being held on campus from November 4th to the 6th. The campus is filled with a variety of student-organized events and numerous food stalls, attracting not only students but also many visitors from outside the university who come to enjoy entertainment and savor delicious food.
This year's campus festival theme is "No Limit!" It includes stage performances, comedy live shows with special guests, talk shows, music concerts, and more. The students involved in organizing the festival seem full of energy.
On the other hand, the current fourth-year students are mostly those who entered the university in April 2020. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, from their first year to their third year, most of their classes were conducted remotely, and campus activities and club activities were mostly prohibited. In other words, most of these students have very little to write in the "Gakuchika" section, a requirement in job application documents, which relates to activities and contributions during their university years.
The impact of not being able to build relationships with friends during their time in university, in a social environment where it's difficult to do so, will likely become evident a few years after the 2024 graduates enter society. I believe this will likely become a significant social issue in the future.
A group of students who don't know how to make friends will enter society simultaneously. This can have a negative impact on organizational operations in various settings. I keep emphasizing to my senior seminar students the importance of valuing their peers after entering the workforce, but I also understand that this alone may not solve the problem.
