大学入学共通テスト：2023年1月14日（土）

今年の大学入学共通テストが始まった。受験者数は前年割れである。国力は教育水準で決まる。一日も早く，大学授業料の無償化を実現すべきである。財源は国債，返済は出世払い（経済成長による税収の増加で支払い）である。大学授業料の無償化で少子化の加速は抑制できる。少子化は競争を弱める。競争原理が働かない社会は衰退していくだろう。教育機会はすべての人に平等に与えられるべきであり，正しく競争原理が働くための必要条件である。

This year's National University Entrance Exam has begun. The number of applicants is lower than last year. A country's strength is determined by its educational level. We should achieve free tuition for universities as soon as possible. The funding would come from government bonds, and the repayment would be made through economic growth (increased tax revenue). Free tuition for universities can help mitigate the acceleration of declining birthrate. Declining birthrate weakens competition. A society where the principle of competition does not work will decline. Educational opportunities should be equally available to everyone, and this is a necessary condition for competition to function properly.
