ウィーン・フィルのニューイヤーコンサート：2024年1月28日（日）

　日本では，時差の関係から，毎年，正月元日の夜7時頃（日本時間）から，オーストリアのウィーン楽友協会大ホールで行われるウィーン・フィルハーモニー管弦楽団によるニューイヤーコンサートの模様がNHKのテレビ放送で中継されている。

　しかしながら，今年はその約3時間前に日本では能登半島地震が起き，テレビをはじめ国内のメディアは緊急時対応で混乱を極めていた。

　結局，当日は生中継では放映されず，収録された内容が，1月6日に放映され，本日，NHKのEテレで再放送された。

　今年のコンサートは，オーストリアの著名な作曲家アントン・ブルックナーの生誕200年を記念するブルックナー・イヤーコンサートでもある。　

　豪華絢爛の大ホールで，ウィンナ・ワルツの「美しく青きドナウ」やポルカが演奏されたが，ラデツキー行進曲の演奏で，観客席の手拍子でホール全体に一体感が感じられると，新たな年が始まったような気がする。

Vienna Philharmonic New Year's Concert：January 28th(Sunday)

In Japan, due to the time difference, every year around 7:00 PM on New Year's Day evening (Japan time), the highlights of the New Year's Concert by the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra at the Vienna Musikverein's Great Hall in Austria are broadcasted on NHK television.

However, this year, about three hours before that, the Noto Peninsula Earthquake occurred in Japan, causing widespread confusion in domestic media, including television, due to the emergency situation. Ultimately, the concert was not broadcast live on that day.

Instead, the recorded content was aired on January 6th and was re-broadcasted today on NHK's E-tele. This year's concert is also a Bruckner Year Concert commemorating the 200th anniversary of the birth of the renowned Austrian composer Anton Bruckner.

In the magnificent hall, Viennese waltzes such as "The Beautiful Blue Danube" and polkas are performed. During the Radetzky March, the audience's applause creates a sense of unity throughout the hall, making it feel like the beginning of a new year.
