日本では，紙マークとは「資源の有効な利用の促進に関する法律（資源有効利用促進法）」に基づく紙製容器包装であることを識別するためのマークであり，資源有効利用促進法の改正に伴い，23年前の2001年4月より，家庭から排出される紙製容器包装に付けることが義務化されている。

　本日，お昼ご飯に，横浜の家の近くにある全国豚カツ専門店チェーンのテイクアウトWEB注文サービスを利用して，ひれかつ弁当を家族で食べた。お弁当箱は，この紙マークの付いた紙製容器であり，かつてのプラスチック製容器とは異なる趣きである。

In Japan, the "paper mark" is a mark used to identify paper containers and packaging based on the "Law for the Promotion of Effective Utilization of Resources," and it has been mandatory to attach it to paper containers and packaging disposed of from households since April 2001, 23 years ago, following an amendment to the law promoting the effective utilization of resources.

Today, for lunch, my family used the takeout web ordering service of a national pork cutlet specialty chain near our house in Yokohama, and we ate pork cutlet bento together. The bento box was made of paper with this paper mark, and it had a different charm from the previous plastic containers.
