To Singapore
Hello, it's been a while.
It's been about four months since I wrote my last note. Since then, I feel like a lot has changed in many ways. The reason for this is that I'm currently staying in Singapore. I was supposed to stay in Australia until the end of November but I decided to transfer to Singapore.
Australia to Singapore
I am going to write about why I changed countries. To sum it up, there are three main reasons for this.
Seeking a new enviroment ( uncomfortable places).
I plan to do business with Asian countries in the future.
Attractive country Singapore
I lived in Australia for five months, I was used to living in Sydney so I wanted a place full of excitement. A new environment strengthens me and broaden my horizons. It's not that I disliked my life in Sydney, I had a wonderful time there. I made a lot of friends from all over the world and I explored a lot of places in Australia. I also made wonderful connections in there, I would say they are my family. Fortunately, I have a home now that tells me "you can always come back here". I was looking for a new place even though I love Australia. I definitely want to go back there one day.
Additonaly, I plan to do business in Asia, so I thought that it would be a good opportunity to learn about cultures, business and making connections. If I am going to work in abroad, knowing about the country is the most important thing. Singapore is located in the center of Asia and is known as a global economic powerhouse, often referred to as the world's port. I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to live in an Asian country for a certain period of time, which led me to make this decision.
Starting life in Singapore
It has already been two weeks since I arrived in Singapore. I am amazed at how different everything is when I change countries and continents. There are truly diverse cultures in here that make it's hard to believe it's even called a single country, Singapore. By talking to locals and actually living in Singapore, I'm gaining insights into many different perspectives that I can't know from the internet. Both in positive and negative ways.
I am going to stay in here until the end of November. I would like to learn as much as possible before I go back Japan.
I am going to finish writing note here today.
Thank you for reading. Please look with warm eyes. See you soon.
