Day 7: June 17, 2024

  2. Intake:
    1 cup of chai tea, 1 cup of vegetable smoothie, 1 cup of miso soup without ingredients

  3. Meditation:
    10 minutes of meditation while sitting on a chair.

  4. Physical Condition:

  • Energy Level:
    Slightly increased.

  • Changes in Physical Condition:
    Shallow sleep, feeling of fatigue and hunger becoming more intense.

  1. Somewhat accustomed, but it was not as tough as the previous day.

  • Changes in Motivation:
    Starting to feel like I can manage somehow.

  1. Overall Impressions:
    I started to get a bit bored of the honey chai, so I made and consumed miso soup without ingredients. Due to fasting, my taste sensitivity seems to have sharpened, and it tasted very delicious. I also bought four different types of miso. Changing the miso based on my mood of the day might boost my motivation.
