Meditation: 20 minutes of sitting meditation.
Physical State:
Energy Level: Overall, slightly decreased.
Physical Changes: Sleep was deeper than the previous day. Nosebleeds, numbness in hands and feet, and fingertip pain are gradually improving.
Mental Changes:
Stress Level (1-10): 8
Hunger has become constant, increasing stress.Motivation Level: Feeling uncertain about how long I can endure and sustain this, causing a slight drop in motivation.
Overall Impressions: Seeing pictures of delicious food makes me envious of those who can eat it. I find it difficult to suppress my appetite. However, strangely enough, despite being hungry, my concentration has increased. My weight suddenly dropped by 1 kg. Perhaps the different sauna and hot spring I visited last night had an effect. If I sleep deeply again tonight, it will confirm the effectiveness. There seems to be a correlation between deep sleep and weight loss.
