Meditation: 30 minutes of sitting meditation.
Physical State:
Energy Level: Feels slightly more energetic.
Physical Changes: Numbness in hands and feet has improved, and the symptoms of a sensitive stomach have almost disappeared. However, sleep is still a bit shallow.
Mental Changes:
Stress Level (1-10): 6
Fluctuates between feeling hungry and feeling calm. The desire to eat has become stronger, causing some stress.Motivation Level: The significant slowdown in weight loss has slightly decreased motivation.
Overall Impressions: Weight loss has completely stalled. Feeling anxious and uncertain if this is the right approach. I feel the need to change the intake and increase the amount of exercise. Achieving the goal of 80-79 kg by next Monday seems tough.
