Day 5 - June 14, 2024

  1. Weight: 83.3 kg

  2. Intake:

  • 2 cups of chai tea

  • 1 cup of vegetable smoothie

  1. Meditation: 30 minutes of sitting meditation.

  2. Physical State:

  • Energy Level: Feels slightly more energetic.

  • Physical Changes: Numbness in hands and feet has improved, and the symptoms of a sensitive stomach have almost disappeared. However, sleep is still a bit shallow.

  1. Mental Changes:

  • Stress Level (1-10): 6
    Fluctuates between feeling hungry and feeling calm. The desire to eat has become stronger, causing some stress.

  • Motivation Level: The significant slowdown in weight loss has slightly decreased motivation.

  1. Overall Impressions: Weight loss has completely stalled. Feeling anxious and uncertain if this is the right approach. I feel the need to change the intake and increase the amount of exercise. Achieving the goal of 80-79 kg by next Monday seems tough.
