Day 9: June 18, 2024

  2. Intake:
    1 cup of chai tea, 2 cups of miso soup without ingredients

  3. Meditation:
    10 minutes of meditation while sitting on a chair.

  4. Physical Condition:

  • Energy Level:
    Slightly increased compared to the previous day.

  • Changes in Physical Condition:
    Numbness in hands and feet, having trouble sleeping deeply at night, feeling somewhat unstable both mentally and physically.

    Although there are many periods of hunger, I am getting used to it, and the stress has decreased.

  • Changes in Motivation:
    Torn between feeling tired and wanting to quit and feeling like I can still continue.

  1. Overall Impressions:
    The weight loss speed has slowed down from 81.6 to 81.4 kg. It might be because I switched to miso soup without ingredients. However, after drinking miso soup, I feel refreshed. Since I bought four types of miso, I look forward to choosing which miso to use every morning. For long-term fasting, having the same intake can get boring, so having multiple types like miso adds daily enjoyment and helps maintain motivation.
