今日はPlug powerが過去にどんなM&Aをしてきたか見てみましょう。というのも、過去の分析で気が付いたのですが、Plug powerは2013年に一度倒産しかけた後、急激に総資産を増やしていて、どう考えても企業買収をしたとしか思えないスピードだから。ざっと調べたところやっぱり。買収した企業とその役割を見ると、Plug powerがどんな企業になろうとしているか見えてきます。
