**March 2nd**  
After attending the Teaching Materials Utilization Seminar, the Mukoyama-style Seminar, and the social gathering, I facilitated the first half of a discussion session and then participated in the Hasegawa Kanagawa Seminar After-Study Meeting.  

It was an incredibly hectic day. Listening to the after-study session made me reflect on various things, including my upcoming transfer. Based on the atmosphere during my visit for the interview, I started thinking about what I could do at my next school.  

I realized that I wanted to learn more about my new workplace. Without delay, I’ve started creating a list of 100 questions in a Google Spreadsheet.

教材活用セミナーと向山塾、そして懇親会に行った後、お話会のファシリテーションを前半して、長谷川神奈川セミナーアフター学習会に参加しました。
とてもてんやわんやした１日でした。アフター学習会を聞き、異動先のことも含め色々考えました。面談に行った時の雰囲気から、次の学校で自分ができることは何か考えました。
もっと次の異動先のことを知りたいと思うようになりました。早速質問したい100のことをGoogleスプレッドシートで作り始めます。
