Bridging Two Worlds: Uganda’s Coffee Culture Meets Japan’s Specialty Coffee Market

Ugandan coffee is a hidden gem in the global coffee scene. With its rich flavor profiles, unique growing conditions, and dedicated farmers, it has everything needed to thrive in international markets. Yet, many Ugandan farmers face challenges in exporting their coffee, limiting their access to global opportunities. Through my initiative, I aim to empower these farmers by helping them transport their coffee to Japan—a country renowned for its love of specialty coffee.
