タンスユクって知ってる？
今回の年末年始は珍しく自宅でじっーとしていたので時間がありすぎてYoutubeで料理動画をひたすら見ていたら、久々に作ってみたいレシピを見つけた。
甘酢あんのレシピをもう少し研究したいところですが、一旦まとめてみました。この後少しレシピの配合を変えるかも。 その時はまたお知らせします。

自分で作った「タンスユク」の答え合わせがしたくて、赤坂のレストランにも行ってみた
韓国の方はタンスユクとじゃじゃ麺を一緒にオーダーすると聞いたのですがこれって本当？ 真似っこしてみたけど、完食できずに一部テイクアウトしました。
ふた皿だから少食のワタシには食べ切れるはずがないわね。。苦笑
(⚠️食べ切れなかったものは自宅に持ち帰り、全て美味しくいただきました)
I had an unusually quiet New Year’s holiday at home this year, so I ended up with a lot of free time. I spent hours watching cooking videos on YouTube and finally found a recipe I wanted to try again after a long time. I’d like to experiment a bit more with the sweet and sour sauce, but for now, I’ve put everything together. I might tweak the recipe later, so stay tuned!
