ハンブルク滞在中の備忘録
国際都市Hamburg, I wonder what have you to offer and spice up my life. I found out that the wetter here is a mess... The sky looks sunny but you easily find yourself under shower. Umbrella is a must item here.
So far, enjoying cooking using local veggies. I even started my own 糠漬け. So far they are doing good.
Am a bit annoyed of the old refurbished building, I keep on hearing footsteps and shrieking furniture, people talking and sneezing from my neighbours. I am also not used to my windows facing the backyard that gives me the views of the neighborhood windows. I want more privacy especially in my kitchen which directly faces the living room of my neighbour. It is just awkward every time I go into my kitchen that I see my neighbour working on her computer. Good that she changed the angle of her desktop that she won't be looking straight into my kitchen. I am going to request the landlord to provide me with a curtain or a blind at least. Hope that I will gradually get used to these life noise. Oh well....
Am also surprised to find that most of the people does not wear masks here. The air is getting colder so although I enjoyed going no-mask, I think I will go back to with-mask life. Being a foreigner here, it is better to prepare for the worst.
