所澤神明社周辺の各町の山車は町中で曳きまわしが行われます。
Portable shrines from towns near Tokorozawa Shinmei Shrine (所沢神明社) are paraded throughout the streets.

きつね、おかめや天狗などの面をかぶり、相撲の土俵入り、鼻くそを丸めて飛ばしたり、凧をあげたりする仕草をします。
Dancers are wearing the masks of fox, Okame or Tengu (Mountain spirit). They are playing the scene from Sumo wrestler fighting or kite-flying, and even picking their nose.
