In the 1964 Tokyo Olympics, clay shooting was played at Tokorozawa.

２、クレー射撃は、素焼きのお皿を飛ばし散弾銃で狙い撃ちする競技です。
Clay shooting is a sport that athletes take shots at flying plate targets with a shotgun.

３、現在、競技場だった場所には、記念碑があり、近くの道には”オリンピック道路”と名前がついています。
You can find the monument in memory of the shooting field in 1964, and the street nearby is now called “Olympic Road”.

４、東京オリンピック2020、所沢市はイタリアチームのホストタウンとして、イタリアチームを応援します。
For Tokyo Olympics 2020, Tokorozawa City will be supporting and hosting the Italian Team.

５、イタリア料理を学んだり、イタリアの写真展など、いろんな交流イベントが行われています。
Many events of cultural exchange are planned, such as Italian cooking classes and a photography exhibition of Italian scenery.
