Definer Inc. puts customer experience at the center of the business ~ Definer Inc.'s vision for sales and development ~
Introduction
My name is Kentaro Sakamoto and I am the president of Definer Inc.
As stated in the title, I would like to describe our company's approach to building a sales organization and development site. I will describe how we are building our sales organization and development sites.
Putting the customer experience at the center of the business
UX/UI is often discussed in the context of marketing, but we focus on UX/UI in all customer experiences, from marketing to inbound, inside sales, sales meetings, demo experiences, and software usage, not to mention marketing. We are committed to the UX/UI of the entire customer experience.
Including Google ads, SNS ads, email communication, reading documents, and conversations at business meetings, what information is conveyed to customers and what information is viewed to achieve "hospitality"?
We are convinced that we can achieve unshakable quality by making the entire customer experience the very center of our business.
Buyer's Logic, Not Seller's Logic
In business, there are times when the customer does not come first, and the seller ends up doing business in a way that is easy for them. In the case of software, the developer's own assumptions and easy methods can lead to software that is difficult to use. I think this is one of the reasons why businesses fail based on the seller's logic.
We always take user feedback seriously, from sales and marketing to the use of our software, and we always focus on working backwards from the front lines of sales to the customer experience, and then reflecting that experience in our software.
We are always striving to meet the demands of our customers, the buyers, and to create a pleasant customer experience. That is what we pursue.
In the following article, we describe ultra-fast agile development (thorough automation and efficiency) to achieve a pleasant customer experience, referring to engineering.
