Kate Cassidy, Liam Payne's girlfriend, was seen moving out of Liam's London apartment earlier this week.
According to sources, Liam's London flat, which is the location of the main plot in Looking Forward by Liam's ex fiancee, Maya Henry, is
modern apartment building where two bedroom flats exchange hands for up to £2million.
The development, close to the banks of the River Thames in south east London, has its own health and fitness club which includes an infinity pool, saunas and a gym.
Residents in the block, where apartments are rented out for more than £6,000-a-month, also enjoy spectacular views of the capital.
According to the Daily Mail, Kate had been staying in this London flat since the funeral. Before moving to the US with Liam in early May of this year, Kate also resided in Liam's £3.2million five-bed Buckinghamshire mansion, which had gone on sale before Liam's death in October.
Meanwhile, Page Six reports that Kate Cassidy had been receiving a $10K (1.5 million JPY, with current exchange rate) stipend per month, as well as allowing her to use Liam's credit card freely, which was usually $25K (3.75 million JPY) per month. That meant Kate was able to spend $35K per month, which is 5.2 million JPY per month, or 62 million JPY per annum! WTF!?!?

This included shopping sprees with Liam's stylist and friend Adele Cany, who was also bankrolled by Liam.
According to the Page Six source,
“Kate has money of her own, so it’s not like she’ll have nowhere to be. She doesn’t have the money that Liam had, of course, but she’s not broke,” a close friend of Cassidy’s told Page Six.
“She makes money through social media partnerships. She won’t be living the same lifestyle she was living with Liam, but she’s going to be OK.”
"Kate has money of her own" - No she doesn't. She's never held a job, aside from waitressing at Ritual in Charleston, South Carolina. Or maybe, she ask her family, who seem to be non-existent in her social media, unlike Liam or Maya Henry
“She makes money through social media partnerships" - I have not seen her with a social media partnership. Her 'influencer' status was based on the fact that she was Liam Payne's girlfriend, and the products introduced are all from Liam's credit card.
Liam looks to have a "multimillion dollar will," but Kate doesn't look to contest it as they were not married, nor engaged, and because the heir is Liam's son Bear.
