139.親愛なる息子へ

今日はね、Papaが仕事している間に、Mamaと君は天神橋筋六丁目にあるKids Plazaに行ったんだって。Mamaの友達のAさんと、その息子のMくんも一緒だったみたいだよ。

いつか、君とMくんが一緒にワイワイ遊ぶ姿が目に浮かぶよ。Mamaも育児仲間ができて、本当に良かったなって思う。

Papaは今日は緑地公園のカフェで仕事をしたり、某テレビ局の人と打ち合わせをしたりして、充実した一日だったよ。そんな中、MamaがKids Plazaの帰りに君を連れてPapaの仕事場に来てくれて、一緒に車で帰ったんだ。

途中で「かごの屋」に寄って、みんなで夕食を食べたんだよ。いろんなことがあった一日だったな。

君がこれからもっと大きくなって、自分の道を切り拓いていく姿を見られるのが本当に楽しみだよ。

Dear Son

Today, while Papa was working, Mama and you went to a place called Kids Plaza in Tenjinbashisuji 6-chome. It sounds like Mama’s friend, A-san, and her son, M-kun, went with you.

Papa can already imagine the day when you and M-kun are playing together, laughing and having fun. Papa is really happy that Mama has found a friend who’s also raising a child.

As for Papa, I spent the day working at a café in Ryokuchi Park and had a meeting with someone from a TV station. It was a productive day. On the way back from Kids Plaza, Mama brought you to Papa’s workplace, and we all drove home together.

We stopped by Kagonoya for dinner on the way home. It was a day full of different things.

Papa is really looking forward to watching you grow up and find your own path in life.
