親愛なる息子へ
今日はね
Papaは地域イベントの現場をスタッフ
のみんなと確認するために出かけたんだ。
同時に、ゴミ拾いプロジェクトも進行していたり.
Papaの会社で 事務作業をしているスタッフがいたりね。 それぞれが、別の場所で 色々な役割をしているんだよ。やっていることはさまざまでも、想いは一つ、目的は イベントを盛り上げること、来場者に楽しんでもらうことなんだ。。
PapaはPapaで、やることに専心しながらも、
一歩引いて、皆が楽しくも真剣に取り組んでいる様子をみたりすることが、本当に 頼もしくもあり、嬉しくもあるんだ。 そういう主体性のある姿、雰囲気、を作っていきたい、と心から思っているんだよ。
君がね、将来どんな道を歩むかはPapaはわからない。例えどんな道であったとしても、君は君が心から信じる道を、切り拓いていってほしい。
誰かに追従することなく、価値を見出し、作りだせるような人へ。人に希望や、光を与えられる
人へ。
そうそぅ、今日は、3人でヨドバシカメラにある
スキッズプラザにいったね。
君は最年少だったように思う。初めてメリーゴーランドにのったり、ボールがたくさん埋まっている中で遊んだりね。
楽しんでくれていたらいいな。

P.S. 実はね、最近 Papaの家族時間が少なくなってきていることで、Mamaと大げんかをしたんだ。Mamaの気持ちもとってもわかるんだけど、
Papaにとっても 難しい課題なんだ。
今回、本当にMamaは怒っていて、今にも
家を出ていきそうになったんだよ。
正直Papaはどうすれば良いか、考えることも多いんだけど、より良いステージにあがるために、
関係性も より上にいくために、きちんと向き合いこうと思うよ
Dear Son,
Today, Papa went out with the staff to check the event site for the upcoming community event.
At the same time, there were others working on a trash collection project and even staff at Papa’s company handling administrative tasks. Everyone was in different places, doing different things, but we all share the same goal: to make the event a success and to ensure that everyone who comes has a wonderful time.
Even as Papa focused on his own tasks, Papa stepped back for a moment to watch everyone working together. Seeing them so dedicated and genuinely enjoying their roles made Papa feel both proud and grateful. Papa truly wants to create an environment where everyone can work with purpose, take initiative, and grow in their roles.
Papa doesn’t know what path you will choose for yourself in the future, but Papa hopes that whatever it is, you’ll follow the path you truly believe in. Papa hopes you’ll become someone who doesn’t simply follow others but instead creates value, discovers your own way, and inspires hope and light in the lives of those around you.
Oh, and today, the three of us went to Skids Plaza at Yodobashi Camera!
You seemed like the youngest one there. You rode a merry-go-round for the first time and played in a huge pit full of balls. Papa hopes you had a lot of fun.

P.S. Lately, Papa hasn’t been spending as much time with our family, and it caused a big fight with Mama. Papa really understands Mama’s feelings, but this is something that’s very hard for Papa too. This time, Mama was so upset that it felt like she might leave the house. Honestly, Papa has been thinking a lot about what to do. But for our family to grow stronger and for Papa and Mama’s relationship to improve, Papa is determined to face this challenge head-on.
