Find delight in my daily life
Busy days are continuing this week for me. Whenever I feel I'm rushing to do something, I try to calm myself and think of delight.
My work is mainly office work, but I feel satisfied from what I'm doing. I had different two meetings with my coworkers this afternoon. One meeting was to make plans for the event coming up. Another meeting was to make decisions for the new contract we are planning for the next fiscal year. They both took like an hour. By the time all meetings ended, I was exhausted. Moreover, I still had some work left and had to overwork.
My working hours today made me tired but I felt that the plans were going forward enough to move on to the next step. These procedures sometimes move forward slowly and they frustrate me. I am not the only one to feel this way. Probably other coworkers are feeling the same way. Everyone is busy doing each of their work. And we are making time in those busy time to gather for the meeting.
I am saying this to myself.
Before complaining, do what I need to do and enjoy what I'm doing. Then, I will be able to finish up necessary things. Stop thinking and move.
I am not sure how others are dealing with busy time, but I think like this. And it helps me not to think or worry too much. So I can take actions to what I need to do and move forward.
