The French Dispatch

Today I watched The French Dispatch. Awesome. I will write down my feelings right now because I believe typographic memory.

Overall 
It feels like a collection of still photographs.

Compositions:
1. Symmetrical balance. Making some squarish sense and opposition, conjugated compositions between characters like someone versus someone else and some connection between 2 parts.
2. Symmetrical rigidity. Showing magnitude of power or stableness of things often like inside and outside buildings. Interiors set to make this composition. 

Color scheme:
Genuinely the Wes Anderson style. Monochrome and colorful pictures combined very well.

Prop:
1. Smoking 
2. Helmet - what does that mean
3. Nudity 

Music:
Wonderful. Comical. Peaceful.
