Feelings are Useless
Outcome is everything. No matter how much effort and time you put for a process, sometimes outcome doesn't follow you. It is important to chase or try to produce the outcome you want. Set a goal and just go straight for it. Does goal mean something close to outcome? Yes, goal means desired outcome. What is your desired outcome then?
Next. Feelings are useless. Emotions too. Nothing can affect your mood of a day. You are just there. There to chase your goal. So set your goals first. For example, I've got these four main goals in what follows.
Goals:
Improve English skills
Start chocolate business
Build the restaurant website
Write thesis, do uni stuff
Then below you can find the desired version of each goal that is outcome I want to see.
To be able to express yourself fluently, safely, with confidence. To enjoy going out with friends and girls. To be ready for business occasions.
To make 1000 euros a month.

To graduate. A comprehensible thesis means you would deepdive the topic
