痛車（いたしゃ）とは、アニメやゲーム、漫画などのキャラクターやメーカーのロゴなどをラッピングしたり、ペイントしたりして装飾した自動車です。

オタク文化を発祥とするラッピングカーのひとつで、ファン活動の一環として個人が製作していることが多いです。
「痛車」という名前は「見ていて痛々しい車」という意味に由来しており、昔はネガティブなイメージが強かったと言われています。しかし、近年はイベントなどで多く登場し、アートとして楽しむものとしてポジティブに捉えられることが多くなっています。
痛車は、派手なラッピングをしていても車検や保険に加入することは可能です。また、自動車メーカーが公式に販売する場合もあります。
