Experience of making a Soba 21/8/2023

 The first day of the event, we were going to make a Soba noodle by our own hand, it is interesting experience for myself because it is first time to make a Soba noodles. About making a Soba noodles, it seems very easy, but it’s quite difficult, especially the part of using the Rolling Pin to roll out the dough into a thin flat rectangular sheet or using a soba knife with a cutting board called "komaboard" to guide the cuts of the shape of the soba noodles.

But luckily, thank for the guide of the teacher I finally made it, the Soba is tastes good with sauce, if you like spicy you can also add some Wasabi in the sauce. the painting workshops. After we finished the lunch (the Soba that’s we made) we went to a factory that’s making ceramics and start the painting workshops after explaining some knowledge about the ceramics. Frist, we draw the picture with a pencil, then using the writing brush to paint the color, this the most difficult part of it, the writing brush was hard to control.
