米 世界の人権報告書 “専制主義が脅かしている”
世界の人権状況に関する報告書を発表し「専制主義が人権と民主主義を脅かしており、それが最も顕著なのはロシアによるウクライナへの攻撃だ」と非難しました。
ロシアでは反体制派や人権活動家、ジャーナリストが不当に拘束されるなど、報道や表現の自由が著しく抑圧されていると指摘しています。
プーチン氏がロシア治安機関FSB職員約150人解任
英国新聞「タイムズ」はプーチン大統領が、ロシアの治安機関FSB＝連邦保安庁の職員およそ150人を解任し一部の職員を逮捕する処分を行ったと報じました。
軍事侵攻の前にウクライナの状況について、虚偽の情報を報告したことなどが処分を行った背景にあると伝えています。
“ロシア側が殺害した遺体を地下道に”
ウクライナの公共放送は、東部マリウポリで、ロシア側が殺害した市民の遺体を市の郊外の地下道に集め、連日数百体の遺体が運び込まれ、移動式の火葬施設で燃やし、集団墓地に埋め、「市内で行われた戦争犯罪のあとを隠すためだ」と伝えています。
「白い煙が見えたあと、地面に倒れ動けなく」
マリウポリで戦闘を続けるウクライナ軍のアゾフ大隊は、有毒物質による攻撃を受けたという市民や兵士3人が登場し「白い煙が見えたあとで耳鳴りがして脈が速くなり、地面に倒れて動けなくなった」などと話しているほか「被害者にはのどの炎症や血圧の上昇などが起きている」と話す医師の証言も紹介されています。
マリウポリから避難している人たちから心配の声
マリウポリの集合住宅は空爆され「自宅は破壊されてしまい、帰る場所がありません。家に帰りたいという願いは、かなえられません」と話していました。
マリウポリから逃れた当時もロシア軍による激しい攻撃が続いていて、妻のアーラさんは市内の別の地域で一人で暮らしている85歳の母親を残して避難することを余儀なくされました。
アーラさんは「今の気持ちをことばに表すことは難しいです。夢なら覚めてほしいです」と母親の身を案じていました。
ロシア軍撤退後のブチャの様子は…
多くの民間人の殺害が伝えられた、首都キーウ近郊のブチャに13日、NHKの取材班が入りました。
およそ1か月にわたってロシア軍に占拠されたブチャでは、殺害されたとみられる400人以上の住民の遺体が見つかり、
中心部の教会の裏では、埋葬された57人の遺体が見つかり、
ウクライナの検察当局は遺体を掘り起こし、どのように殺害されたのか、また、後ろ手に縛られた痕や拷問された痕などがないか調べていました。
ブチャでは地雷の撤去などが進み、住民が戻り始めているものの、焼け焦げた住宅など激しい戦闘の爪痕が残されています。
