Recently, even areas around Tokyo have recorded extremely hot days. t is hard to tell if we are in the rainy season or in the middle of summer... Continuing from last year, we have already had many hot days in June like in the middle of summer.
This heat has caused us to hear various comments from farmers who are also involved in our crazy tanks, and we are constantly living with a sense of challenge regarding future food issues.

At CRAZYTANK, we have recently had the opportunity to talk with companies in the human resources industry about the future, and we have had many opportunities to hear directly from people who are considering changing jobs and working styles. We have come to a point where we believe we have come up with what we believe to be the only solution for planning and proposing a plan for the future human resources market in CRAZYTANK's own way.
As we has written many times in this our newsletter, we predicts a world where, with the evolution of generative AI, many jobs will be replaced by AI within the next few years, and eventually there will be nothing for humans to do.

For people and organizations that have "seen the future", we are starting to get to that prediction, and more and more people are beginning to realize sensibly that they may be in a bad situation.
Such voices are beginning to be heard from various quarters. However, as of yet, the "job change market" in Japan is at record high sales, many companies are looking for more "workers," and the new graduate market is also reported to be a seller's market. Therefore, it may be difficult to imagine a future in which human workplaces and opportunities are still being lost. However, it is certain that the future is an extension of the current evolution of generation AI.
We recently received this question from a person considering a career change.
“So which industries and which occupations have the best chance of remaining after the evolution of generative AI?“
CRAZYTANK's answer was that there is no such specific industry or occupation. However, in addition to that, we told them the following.
