Because they can control the situation better indoors than outdoors. It has nothing to do with the cold or any of that crap.

It's to better control the environment.

This is a military strategy, nothing to do with the weather.

Now, if they do take any action, of course the White House will handle it.

But if something big happens at the inauguration on the 20th, 4B will be set back again.

According to NESARA/GESARA, 4B must be launched within 72 hours of the launch code being entered for the actual trigger payment.

So it has to be within 72 hours, which means within 3 days.

But if something happens, 4B will be put on the back burner and will not be aligned with NESARA/GESARA.

It all happens in these 7 days. So be prepared for massive, massive disinformation and change.
