【試驗藥物／Medicine】 治療慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)的藥物／Medicine for COPD
【給藥形式／Form of dosing】 呼吸器：試驗藥物或安慰劑／inhaler: Study medicine or placebo
【完成實驗津貼】 補償您的不便和精神 約£2,450 (另有體檢津貼、交通及住宿補助)
【Completion Allowance】study payment around appr £2,620 (Screening payment will be paid separately and travel/accommodation support will be provided)
【入選條件／Inclusion criteria】（僅顯示部分／Not all are listed）
18至50歳的華裔男性或女性（定義：出生於中國內地、香港或台灣。父母及祖父母均為華裔，海外居住少於十年）
女性體重 45Kg以上或男性體重50Kg以上, BMI18.0 to 28.0 kg/m2 範圍內的人士
目前並非吸煙者，及過往6個月未曾吸煙者
過去90天內沒有接受其他藥物的給藥（根據試驗藥物時間或有不同）
願意接受肺活量檢查的人士
沒有臨床意義上的嚴重疾病，不需定時服藥
擁有良好血管以供採取血液樣本的人士
能夠出席其中一組所有日程的人士
Male or female of Chinese ethnicity and 18~50 years old （Born in Mainland China, Hong Kong or Taiwan, - grandparents are Chinese, living aboard less than 10 years)
With weight over 45kg(Female) or 50kg (Male); BMI ranged from 18 to 28 kg/m2
Non-smoker for at least 6 months
Not participate in other clinical trial in previous 90 days.
Able to perform lung capacity assessment
No medical history of clinically significant diseases, no medicine on regular basis.
Having good vein for blood taking
Able to attend all visits for 1 of the cohorts
