決して目を背けてはいけない事実だと強く感じる動画でした　一刻も早く戦争が終わるのを祈ることしかできない自分がとても　とても辛いです

I find it hard because I know what's going on and all I can do is pray.
I feel sorry for myself that all I can do is pray.
