Physical Fitness- Physical exercise is essential for overall health, enhancing fitness, regulating weight, and improving bone density and muscle strength, Regular activity reduces the risk of diseases, promotes longevity, and enhances quality of life. Even moderate exercise, like walking or gardening, can significantly lower mortality rates and boost overall well-being.
Workout- A workout is a dedicated period for physical exercise or training, aimed at improving fitness, strength, endurance, or overall health. Workouts can vary widely in type and intensity, including activities like running, weightlifting, yoga, or group classes. They can be tailored to individual goals, whether it’s building muscle, losing weight, or enhancing cardiovascular health. Regular workouts not only boost physical well-being but also promote mental clarity and emotional balance, making them an essential component of a healthy lifestyle. Whether at the gym, outdoors, or at home, consistency and variety are key to achieving the best results.
 Fasting-Fasting refers to the practice of abstaining from food and /or drink, either completely or partially. However, its definition can be quite complex. It may involve complete fasting for a set period, or simply restricting specific types of foods, such as carbohydrates or fats. Many people engage in fasting for religious or spiritual reasons, while others adopt intermittent fasting as a method for weight management or health benefits. Additionally, fasting may be necessary before medical procedures or tests. Understanding the various approaches to fasting is essential for ensuring it aligns with individual goals and health needs.
