Strong winds lead to power outages across the mountains
Strong winds and heavy rain moved through the mountains Thursday evening, leaving thousands in the dark.
Including people in Perry County, where several got a look at what appeared to be a transformer blowing, knocking out power to Downtown Hazard and beyond.
