Power restored after morning outages affect 3,800 in Las Cruces

LAS CRUCES - A couple of outages early Wednesday morning cut power to more than 3,800 customers, according to an El Paso Electric outage map, for about three hours.

The power was cut about 3:41 a.m. and was restored by 6:30 a.m., El Paso Electric stated in a tweet.

"The cause of the outage was due to damaged electrical equipment that has been repaired," the Tweet stated.
