人道から外れた「非人道」な発言である。

現在のミャンマー軍は、
国の秩序を保つ政治を実質しておらず、
逆に、国の秩序を乱す「テロ」行為をしている状態であるため、
ミャンマー軍の現在の行為は「内政」と認められるものではない。

ゆえに、現在のミャンマー軍への制裁は「内政干渉」に該当せず、
そのミャンマー軍による「テロ」行為の放置を促す発言は、「非人道」である。
