Percy Mayta-Tristán, a medical researcher at Lima’s Scientific University of the South, told the Telegraph that the decision showed a lack of awareness around the complexity of LGBTQ+ issues.

A pedophile with a disturbing criminal history has been jailed for 25 months after being caught secretly filming women in a female restroom at the Millburngate shopping centre in Durham city. Kurtis Mawson first attempted to claim he identified as a woman in order to avoid arrest.
Mawson was first arrested the morning of March 5, 2022, after female patrons reported him to police for attempting to take covert video and photos of women using a cubicle by standing on a toilet and leaning over the top of the partition. There were young girls in the washroom who were quickly ushered out by women who had been in the bathroom and spotted what Mawson was up to.
Mawson apparently attempted to hide in the cubicle when police arrived, putting on a “high pitched voice” when police questioned if anyone was in the washroom.
According to Chronicle Live, the prosecutor said that one of the officers climbed on top of a toilet to continue speaking with Mawson, who eventually declared that he was in the women’s washroom because he “identified as a female.”
When police arrested him, they found him in possession of a mobile phone and a digital camera. He had recorded material of women using the toilet. The digital camera contained footage and snaps of unsuspecting women using the toilet.
Mawson’s home was then searched and and a number of digital devices, including two computers, one of which contained a stash of child sexual abuse materials. Among the images and video, 80 were classified as category A – the most serious. There were also an extreme pornographic image of a person engaging in an act with a dog.
Mawson has previously been described by police as a “high risk sex offender,” yet has continuously been turned loose to the streets.
Last year, Mawson was arrested after sexually assaulting a tourist on Durham’s Prebends Bridge. The woman had been taking photos of the local cathedral when she heard Mawson approach, but initially did not pay him any attention as she assumed he was also a tourist. Shortly after, she felt something warm on her leg, and found that Mawson had ejaculated on her before fleeing.
Mawson later went on to breach a sexual harm order and the sex offenders register after establishing three accounts on dating websites Hinge, Bumble and Tinder without informing police.
He also used an alias to set up a profile on gaming platform Steam without telling officers. He called himself ‘Patrick Bateman’ after the fictional character in horror film American Psycho.
Mawson’s case has now attracted international attention after Harry Potter author JK Rowling called attention to the story, captioning it: “That thing only evil, nasty bigots claim happens, and that never, ever happens, has happened. Again.”
Rowling’s post, made on X (formerly Twitter) this morning, sparked backlash from trans activists who claimed the story was “irrelevant” to the gender ideology debate.
“And what exactly does this have to do with trans people?” one user asked, to which Rowling replied: “The paedophile told police he identifies as a woman. You imply he’s not trans. How did you reach that decision?”
But while a number of trans activists insisted Mawson was clearly “faking” his gender identity, others defended his right to identify as he wished.
“So what if she does?” another user questioned, using feminine pronouns for Mawson. “Does someone committing a crime negate their protected characteristics? If so, where do you draw that line? Do we stop upholding the protected characteristics for gay criminals? Or disabled criminals? Do we stop protecting women in prisons?”
Mawson’s quick-thinking strategy of using the UK’s notoriously lenient gender self-identification laws during his interaction with police recalls a similar incident from February of 2023.
As previously reported by Reduxx, a male predator claimed to identify as a “female” after sexually assaulting a woman in the female lavatory of the New Street railway station in Birmingham. When confronted by police, Ian Bullock told officers he had been in the women’s washroom because of his gender identity.

Last year, Barack Obama’s college girlfriend told an interviewer that the young Barack shared gay sex fantasies with her, acknowledging that he “made love to men daily, but in his imagination.”

Michelle Obama’s ex-boyfriend David Upchurch has come forward to reveal that “she” is actually a man named Michael Robinson and only became “Michelle” after meeting Barack Obama and having prospects of becoming First Lady.
According to Upchurch, who dated Michelle Obama during high school, Barack Obama is a “lucky man” having a partner as “talented and versatile” as the former Michael.
Of course, the mainstream media will deploy fact checkers to shoot down any hint of truth about their darling, Michelle Obama. But will they interview David Upchurch and let him speak for himself?
Of course they won’t. They are terrified of allowing the masses to gain even the slightest understanding of the great deceptions of the elite.
Regardless, the revelation by her former boyfriend is the latest blow for Michelle Obama’s political ambitions. Members of her own family are also lining up to let the cat out of the bag.
Brother-in-law Malik Obama, Barack’s oldest brother, has also confirmed he will campaign against Michelle when she runs for president.
As though her ex-boyfriend and brother-in-law weren’t enough, according to official documents obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections, Michelle Obama was officially registered to vote as a man from 1994 until 2008.
The official documents also reveal Obama officially changed her sex to female in 2008, the same year her husband was running for the presidency.
The official board of elections documents were obtained from the state of Illinois by documentary maker Joel Gilbert who explains that he decided to “take a serious approach” to learn about Michelle Obama’s background because the mainstream media is terrified of going anywhere near the topic.
But Gilbert, a liberal, didn’t expect to find proof that Michelle was registered to vote as a man for fourteen years.
Gilbert was stunned when he received Michelle Obama’s official voter registration cards from 1994 and 2008. Describing the process of unraveling Michelle Obama’s “changing sexual identity.“
“Having recently obtained official documents from the state of Illinois, here is what I can say with assurance: I found proof in official documents that Michelle Obama registered to vote as a man in 1994. I also have official proof that, after 14 years of voting as a man, Michelle Obama changed her sex in 2008 from male to female. This is not more social media silliness, this is fact. I obtained the documents from the Illinois State Board of Elections only last week. Here is Michelle Obama’s official voter registration card from 1994 when she registered to vote as a man. The letter M is circled under Sex.“
“Then, on July 14, 2008, with her husband about to be nominated by the Democrats for the presidency, she changed her sex from male to female.“
Impeccable timing, I’m sure you will agree.
And before you accuse Joel Gilbert of carrying out a political hit job on Michelle Obama, there is one fact you should keep in mind. Despite discovering stone cold proof that Michelle registered to vote as a man in 1994, Gilbert still doesn’t believe she was born male. He charitably believes she must have “ticked the wrong box”. He explains:
“Her voter registration as a male was likely a clerical error of some sort made when Michelle completed her 1994 voter registration form. She must have only noticed it in 2008 and corrected it appropriately.”
Wow. Obama liberals really want to believe everything they are told.
Ask yourself: have you ever ticked the wrong box? Are we expected to believe that this basic task is beyond the capability of this Harvard Law School graduate?
Deception has been at the heart of the Obamas’ long-term strategy since day one. Barack and his co-conspirators have been grooming Michelle to run for president since 2016. As a first step, the power couple signed a $65 million offer to write their respective memoirs as soon as they left the White House.
Another tell-tale clue of the Democrats’ plans for Michelle came when they awarded her the coveted keynote speaker role at the 2020 Democratic National Convention. By way of parallel, Barack was the keynote convention speaker in 2004, four years before he was named as the candidate in 2008.
When last checked, Michelle had more than 18 million followers on Facebook, 20 million on Twitter and nearly 50 million on Instagram. When she speaks, usually with a political slant, Democrats sit up and listen.
But she will be a vulnerable candidate because she has so much to hide. Joe Gilbert, the filmmaker who obtained her voter registration cards, says “Only the truth can stop her.”
Michelle Obama has been pretending to be something she is not since she first emerged on the national scene. The truth is not her best friend.

衆院東京１５区補欠選挙（４月１６日告示、２８日投開票）で政治団体「日本保守党」から出馬するイスラム思想研究者の飯山陽氏が５日、産経新聞の取材に応じ、「今の政治家は日本を貧しく、弱くするような政治をしている。座視するのは忍びない」と述べ、「日本を豊かに強くする政策理念を掲げる日本保守党に共感した」と出馬の動機を語った。
東京１５区を巡っては、カジノを含む統合型リゾート施設（ＩＲ）事業を巡る汚職事件で収賄と組織犯罪処罰法違反（証人等買収）の罪に問われた秋元司被告（自民離党）や、東京都江東区長選を巡り公職選挙法違反（買収など）の罪で起訴された柿沢未途被告（同）が地盤としていた。
飯山氏は「日本の政治を変えるには、自民党の政治とカネの問題を象徴するような議員を輩出した１５区から政治を変えていく」と強調し、「保守とは自分の大事な人や大事な場所、大事なものを守っていく思想だ。変化する世界で日本が取り残されずに豊かになっていくための政策をしていく」と訴えた。

政治団体「日本保守党」は５日、東京都内で記者会見を開き、衆院東京１５区補欠選挙（４月１６日告示、２８日投開票）でイスラム思想研究者の飯山陽氏（４８）を擁立する方針を明らかにした。飯山氏は会見で「日本を豊かに強くするために誰かが先陣を切らないといけない」と強調した。
飯山氏は「日本の政治家は日本を貧しく、弱くする政治をしている。与党も野党も自分のことやお金のことを考え、国の未来や国益を考えていない」と言及し、「日本を豊かに強くする政治を実現するためには誰かが先陣を切らないといけない。その誰かが私ならば、やるしかない」と強調した。
飯山氏の擁立は、同党が打診したという。同席した百田尚樹代表は「飯山氏の国家観、歴史観、国際感覚は非常に高いものがある。われわれの一番最初の戦いで先陣を切る戦力になってくれた」と出馬の決断を歓迎した。
飯山氏は東大大学院博士課程を単位取得退学。麗澤大客員教授を務め、著書に「中東問題再考」などがある。
衆院東京１５区補選は、江東区長選を巡る公職選挙法違反の罪で起訴された柿沢未途被告（自民党離党）の議員辞職に伴い実施される。日本維新の会と共産党がそれぞれ新人の擁立を決め、立憲民主党も検討している。

政治団体「日本保守党」は１７日、東京都内で設立の記者会見を開き、名古屋市の河村たかし市長が共同代表に就任したと明らかにした。代表には作家の百田尚樹氏、党運営を統括する事務総長にはジャーナリストの有本香氏がそれぞれ就いた。会見では、河村氏が代表を務める地域政党「減税日本」と日本保守党が「特別友党関係」を結んだことも発表された。
結党の理由について、百田氏は「以前から自民党に飽き足りないという思いがあった」と指摘。一例に同党が賛成したＬＧＢＴ（性的少数者）理解増進法を挙げ「反対する野党もほとんどなく、政党を立ち上げようと思った」と語った。
次期衆院選の対応に関し、有本氏は「まだこれから。急いで発掘するが、粗製乱造にはしない」と言及した。「いろいろな選挙があり、いろいろな機会をみて戦いたい」とも述べた。
百田氏は「河村氏が首相を目指すなら大いに応援したい」とも語った。ただ、会見に同席した河村氏は「市長を続けなければならないのでちょっと待ってほしい」と述べ、現時点で国政選挙へのくら替え出馬を否定した。
党綱領では、わが国を守るに相応の国防力を保持・強化するため、憲法改正を含む法整備を図ると主張。「減税と行政の適正サイズ化で国民の負担を軽減させ、可処分所得を増やす」と訴えた。
同党は９月１日に総務省に設立を届け出た。４万７千人超が党員として登録し、公式Ｘ（旧ツイッター）のフォロワー数は１７日現在で３１万人を上回った。

産経新聞グループのマーケティング会社「産経リサーチ&データ」は、次期衆院選で「野党第1党」になってほしい政党を調査した。その結果、トップは日本維新の会で44.9%、3位が国民民主党12.1%、4位が現在野党第1党の立憲民主党8.7%だった。2位は「既存政党の中にはなく、まったく新しい政党」(26.6%)だった。
同社のウェブ上のアンケートモニターサイト「くらするーむ政治部!」の登録者を対象に9月8日午後～11日午前まで実施、全国の1504人(男性1017人、女性487人)から回答があった。
自身が投票するかどうかは別として、野党第1党になってほしい政党を1つと、その理由を選んでもらったところ、トップの維新を選んだ理由は「現政権と似た政策の党で競い合ってほしいから」(43.7%)、「将来的には政権をとってほしい政党だから」(19.4%)、「自分の考えと最も近い政党だから」(17.3%)と続いた。
国民を選んだ理由もほぼ同様だったが、立民は「将来的には政権をとってほしい政党だから」(25.2%)、「現政権を最も追及する党だから」(19.1%)、「現政権と全く違う政策の党だから」(18.3%)と続いた。維新、国民を選んだ人が現政権との「切磋琢磨型」を求めているのに対し、立民を選んだ人は現政権への「追及型」を望んでいる傾向が浮き彫りになった。
一方、男女別では、男性は全体の順位と同じだったが、女性は「まったく新しい政党」(36.6%)と維新(36.3%)がほぼ同率の1位、3位が立民(11.5%)で、男性よりも既存政党に魅力を感じていない傾向がうかがえた。「まったく新しい政党」については、自由記述の欄で、作家の百田尚樹氏らが立ち上げを計画している新党を挙げる人も目立った。
回答者全体の政党支持率は「積極的支持」「消極的支持」を合わせると、自民43.4％、立憲民主4.6％、維新18.2％、国民民主2.8％、支持政党なし20.1％で、前回調査(9月1日～4日)とほとんど変わらなかった。岸田内閣の支持率は「支持する」「どちらかといえば支持する」は計40.7％で、前回と全く同じだった。
通常の世論調査は、調査エリアごとの性別・年齢構成になど合わせて、電話番号を無作為に発生させるＲＤＤ方式で電話をかけ、回答数が得られるまで調査を行うなどの手続きを踏むが、「くらするーむ政治部!」ではインターネットアンケートのみに限定、国民の「今感じていること」に焦点をあて、スピード感を持った調査に取り組んでいる。今回調査の年齢の割合は60代30.7％、70代22％、50代21.7％、40代12.6％、30代5％で50代以上が多かった。

作家の百田尚樹氏が代表を務め、ジャーナリストの有本香氏らが参加する政治団体「日本保守党」が１７日、東京都内で設立の記者会見を行った。地域政党「減税日本」代表を務める河村たかし名古屋市長も出席し、共同代表への就任も発表した。会見の主なやり取りは以下の通り。
百田氏「日本列島は豊かな自然に恵まれているが、厳しい災害に見舞われている。その中で日本人は互いに助け合う知恵を育んできた。先人たちは勇敢に戦い、国を守ってきたが、第２次大戦で木っ端みじんになった」
「だが、日本はいま、脅かされている。他国にさらわれた同胞は何十年も祖国の地を踏めず、野放図な移民政策やＬＧＢＴ（など性的少数者への）理解増進法に見られる祖国への無理解で、ナショナル・アイデンティティーが内側から壊されかかっている。これらを座視していてはならない。こうした理念を持ち、一つの政治団体を国政政党に育て上げる。『日本を豊かに、強く』を合言葉に、日本を守りたい」
有本氏「皆さまに重要な発表がある。『減税日本』代表の河村たかし代表と『特別友党関係』を締結し、河村市長が日本保守党の共同代表に就任した」
河村氏「日本では政治が家業になっており、普通の人は（政治の世界に）出られないのはおかしい」
百田氏「政治の世襲化は日本の政治をゆがめている大きな要因だ。河村氏とは名古屋で腹蔵なく話した際、『私は絶対に裏切りません』と言ったのを聞き、『やっていける』と思った」

岸田政権はl GBT法を作って性別は自称で決まるんだと言い始めました。これは大変です、なぜなら、このままだと肉体は男でも「心は女なんでーす」という男が女の更衣室、お風呂、サウナに入ってくることが許される世の中になってしまいました。
しかも、裸の女がいるところに「心は女なんでーす」と入ってきた男に、女性が「きゃー男が入ってきた」と騒ぐと、騒いだ女性の方が「お前は差別主義者だ」と糾弾される世の中になってしまった。そういう世の中にしてしまったのが岸田政権です。
よく考えてみてください。私たちの社会はもうめちゃくちゃになりつつあるんです。女の子でスポーツをやっている子も大変です。女子と男子に分かれてスポーツをやっています、当たり前です。なぜなら、人間は思春期を男のホルモンを浴びたか、女のホルモンを浴びたかによってまったく異なる骨格が形成されるからなんです。
男と女は肉体的に違う、だから男女に分けてスポーツをしようということになってます。ところがLGBT法によると、肉体的に男であっても「私は心は女なんでーす」と言えば、女子の競技に参加できるんです。
そうしたら、肉体的に１.３倍くらい大きな骨格を持った男が女子スポーツに参入する。どんなに優れた女子選手もひとたまりもありません。絶対に負けるわけです。LGBT法は全てに優しいように見せかけて女性がとんでもなく不利益を被るそういう法律なんです。

４月の衆院東京１５区補選（１６日告示、２８日投開票）に向け、各党の候補予定者の街頭での政治活動が活発になっている。ベストセラー作家の百田尚樹氏と、ジャーナリストの有本香氏らが立ち上げた政治団体「日本保守党」が擁立を明らかにしたイスラム思想研究者の飯山陽（あかり）氏（４８）は、明快な言葉で人々に訴えていく〝魂の辻立ち〟で話題となっている。
「自民党の金権政治、金まみれ、欲まみれ、裏金やりたい放題…。岸田（文雄）首相は安倍派幹部を重い処分にするというが、じゃあ、首相自身はどうするのか？ 『俺の派閥（岸田派）は不記載だから』と言うかもしれないが、やっていることはほとんど同じではないのか」「こういう人たちに政治を預けるのは、もうやめましょうよ！」
飯山氏が２３日午後、ＪＲ亀戸駅北口でこう訴えると、聴衆から拍手が起こった。
衆院東京１５区（江東区）では、自民党議員が汚職事件や公選法違反事件で相次いで逮捕される異常事態となっている。今回の補選では「政治とカネ」は大きな焦点である。
飯山氏は「この国のかたち」を変えようとする現在の政治にも、別の場所での辻立ちで次のように呼びかけた。
「日本をめちゃくちゃに変えようとしている人たちが、日本の政治を主導している」「与党だけじゃない。立憲民主党も、日本維新の会も、共産党も『社会を変える』と言っている。既存政党がそろって『ＬＧＢＴ』『夫婦別姓』…。こういう横並びの政策は恐ろしい」「日本が内側から切り崩される」「日本の社会、家族を守らなければいけない」
飯山氏は、党代表の百田氏と事務総長の有本氏から２月２０日に出馬打診を受け、「１日で決断した」という。記者会見した今月５日から始めた辻立ちは、まだ３週間だが、ネットなどで話題となっている。２３日午後は小雨混じりながら３カ所を回り、いずれも１５０人以上を集めた。

付き添っていた有本氏は「最初は緊張をしていたようだが、だんだん堂に入ってきた。飯山氏の言葉には魂がこもっている。皆に危機感が伝わっている」と絶賛した。
聴衆の反応もいい。
夫婦で聞きに来た都内在住の７４歳の男性は「話がとても分かりやすくて納得できた。自民党はもはや保守政党ではない。日本保守党は自分たちの思いを代弁してくれる存在と期待をしている」と話した。
滋賀県から駆け付けた７５歳の女性も「日本の背骨がなくなろうとしている。飯山さんの話を娘たちにも聞かせたくて一緒に来た」と語った。
辻立ちが終わった後、飯山氏を直撃した。
「演説にも慣れました。ユーチューバーの方々がネットに上げてくれるので、同じ内容にならないようにするのが大変ですが（苦笑）」「聞きに来てくれた方々から『立ち上がってくれてありがとう』と言われることがうれしい。頑張りたい」 （報道部・丸山汎）

原則賛成です。
本来ならLGBまでで止めておくべきだったのに、少なくとも日本のLGBT法案推進議員の先生たちはよく考えておられなかったのではないかと思います。
LGBの方々には、かえって辛かった部分もあったのではないかと思います。
