周辺の温泉事情 Hot spring around Center
宿泊のお客様によく聞かれるのが、やはり温泉のことです。特に海外のお客様にはタトゥーフレンドリーの温泉はあるか？とよく聞かれますので、今回は周辺の温泉についてバイリンガル表記でまとめてみます。One of the most frequent questions we are asked by our guests is, after all, about hot springs. Especially by overseas guests, we often are asked if there are any hot springs that are tattoo friendly. So I will try to summarize the nearby hot springs in bilingual notation.

スノーピーク鹿沼 snow peak KANUMA Campfield & Spa
Centerからは車で約15分、バスで約30分のところにある温泉です。キャンプ場併設の温浴施設ですが、日帰り入浴もOK。サウナもあり。2024年に出来たのでとても綺麗。300円でタオルセットのレンタルもあります。This hot spring is located about 15 minutes by car or 30 minutes by bus from Center. It is a bathing facility attached to a campground, but day-trip bathing is also allowed. You can rent a towel set for 300 yen.

[泉質 Spring Quality] 弱アルカリ性で入るとヌルヌル、上がるとスベスベ！The mildly alkaline water is slippery when you enter the bath and smooth afterwards!

前日光つつじの湯交流館 Mae-Nikko Tsutsuji no Yu Koryukan
Centerから車で40分、前日光の山奥にある鹿沼市運営の温泉です。木材がふんだんに使用されており、休憩所も広々、蕎麦屋も併設。ドライブがてら、ぜひ露天風呂からの雄大な眺めを堪能してください！A 40-minute drive from Center, this Kanuma City-operated hot spring is located deep in the mountains of Mae-Nikko. Plenty of wood is used, the rest area is spacious, and there is also a soba restaurant. Please take a drive and enjoy the magnificent view from the open-air bath!

[泉質 Spring Quality] アルカリ性単純硫黄泉 Alkaline simple sulfur spring
栃木天然温泉いきいき夢ロマン Tochigi Natural Hot Spring Iki-iki Yume Roman
Centerからは車で約20分、栃木市西方町の道の駅にしかたの隣にある温泉です。少々料金が高めですが、お食事処やコミックコーナーもあり、ゆったりと過ごすことが出来ます。貸しタオル（フェイスタオル ¥220、バスタオル ¥270）もあるので手ぶらでも利用可！This hot spring is located next to Michi-no-Eki Nishikata in Nishikata-cho, Tochigi City, about 20 minutes by car from Center. There is also a restaurant and a comic corner, where you can spend a relaxing time. Towels (face towel ¥220, bath towel ¥270) are available for rent, so you can use it without any towels!

[泉質 Spring Quality] 炭酸水素塩温泉 Hydrogen Carbonate Spring
出会いの森福祉センター Deai no Mori Welfare Center
Centerからは車で15分、高齢者福祉のための温泉ですがどなたでもご利用可能です。時にカラオケが開催されていることも。福祉センターなのでリーズナブルですが、施設は少々古めで、露天風呂はありませんのでご承知おきください！タトゥーがあっても入浴することが出来ます。It is a 15-minute drive from the Center. This hot spring is for the welfare of the elderly, but anyone is welcome to use it. Sometimes karaoke is held. The facilities are reasonably priced since it is a welfare center, but please note that the facilities are a bit old and there are no open-air baths! Tattoos are allowed.
※2024年11月現在、温泉ではなく水道水の沸かし湯対応となっているようです。2025年1月末再開予定とのこと。As of November 2024, it appears to be supporting boiling tap water instead of hot spring water, and is scheduled to reopen at the end of January 2025.

時間がある方は、日光や鬼怒川方面にも足を伸ばしていただくと、もっとたくさんの温泉がお楽しみいただけます！If you have time, you can also visit the Nikko and Kinugawa areas to enjoy more hot springs!
