Hi! My lovely friends😁
How are you going!? I hope you guys are very well.

The reason why I'm writing English on the note is I'll be eventually self-employment. It means I'm gonna start to own my restaurant in Tokyo on March.

Despite of so much my motivate, most of people are worried about me because of COVID-19.
It's a general opinion I know.. In Japan, many type of industries have got big damage from it. Especially, so many restaurant businesses are closed...

Further more, my eldest child was born 3 months ago, so people say "You need stability, rather than challenging." "If you fail your family should get trouble."

I totally understand what they say. Actually, I'm considering what is the best way for my dream and my family.
Sometimes, I thought I don't gotta try something risky. I should still belong to the company for stability.

But, I can't give up trying my ambition. Also, I really wanna my family much happier!
I know I cause them too much trouble if I fail. But, it must be also regret when I don't try something I really want!!

My final goal's never changed. I'm still planning to do the business giving chance to people not to have any chance from the terrible poverty. Such as, being restaurant owner, being our team mate...
Also, the business must be out of Japan just because I want!
I totally understand myself that my personality is suitable foreign country more than Japan.

Anyway, I'd like you guys to come to my restaurant when you visit in Japan!!
Tokyo Olympic & Paralympic may be opened, and also our government will invest inbound project, so there are lots of triggers for coming here!

I really wanna spend time with you guys like our Australian life and meeting Japan!

I'd like to tell you the detail of restaurant when everything is ready!
I hope we can do something like these photos we did again!!
