オリジナル曲です。アップテンポのロックです。ボーカルandギター、ベース、ドラムの三人プラスキーボードのサポートでの編成を想定しています。
歌詞は英詞。内容はとある復讐のために悪魔に魂を売って死神となった少女の話。人間を超えた力と大きな鎌を手に入れた一方、人を定期的に殺め続けないと命が果ててしまうという契約を交わしており、その力を世直しのため正義のために使い社会に潜む。といったファンタジーもの。
