BowGriP Rakuyuubi starts a new journey in Meiwa-cho, Mie Prefecture, a place surrounded by history and natural beauty.

This small town is known as the place where the Saio once lived, and its history is still vividly reflected in it. BowGriP Rakuyuubi visited the Mizuike Pottery Manufacturing Site and was impressed by the Haji ware technology created by ancient craftsmen. This site is where the pottery used by the Saio during the Nara period was made, and is a valuable site that conveys the pottery manufacturing process of that time to the present day.

Next we headed to Saigū-ike Pond. Surrounded by forest and home to a diverse range of flora and fauna, this pond is the perfect place for a walk and relaxation. BowGriP Rakuyuubi enjoyed the tranquility and peace in nature as he walked along the well-maintained promenade around the pond.

We then rented an electric-assisted bicycle from Meiwa Tourist Trading Company and went cycling around the town. The thrill of riding through the wind and the beautiful scenery of the town gave BowGriP Rakuyuubi new energy.
