how can we get over an only German party?

German party is so crazy and serves a lot of beer, so once pure Japanese go to the party without any preparing YOU WILL BE DEAD!!
So with my experience, I made up five solutions when we are invited only German party.

１Go later
German parties usually start from 8:00 PM to Midnight.
The time you come is okay at any time but leaving is hard.
When they work, they leave early and leaving is no problem, on the other hand in a party that becomes a problem and when you leave early you have to take some beer or shot. lol

2 let's join Beer pong
They really like Beer Pong, and the normal party schedule is firstly talking and take a beer, and then play beer pong and finally take some Cocktails as shot.
(and sometimes there are more hard alcohols...:)
During play, you don"t have to talk. So it make talk less.

3 Cut in their talk
In German people pries who take by their-selves and don't care who do not talk.
So you have to cut in their talk in English.
Talk about your topic like new life or culture differences or favorite sports...
Do not hesitate.

4 learn some German
Of course, if you can understand German, the party become easier and enjoyable.

5 Have some topics.
If you have some topics, you can be more relaxed for preparing the party. and maybe you can make their fun. Topic is, for example, dancing, magic, card games, sing..etc.
Of course, telling a story is a good topic. But Don't forget, they are German, so laugh point is also different. Japanese story is called high-context story, and German is low-context. So everyone has to know where is laugh point. That is hard for us, I guess.
