クラフトビールの祭典『NEUTRAL CASE CRAFT BEER FEST SETAGAYA 2024 SPRING』開催！

下北沢のクラフトビールフェス、NEUTRAL CASEが1年振りに帰ってきます！
6月1日(土)、2日(日)の2日間、下北沢BONUS TRACK隣接駐車場にてNEUTRAL CASE CRAFT BEER FEST SETAGAYA 2024 SPRINGを開催します。
今年の春のクラフトビールの祭典は、昨年同様素晴らしい国内外のブルワリーが集結します！この日しか味わうことのできないオリジナルフードも展開！

2. West Coast Brewing

静岡県静岡市のブルワリー。
用宗漁港を目の前に望むそのブルワリーはまさに名前の通り。
様々な場所に直営店を進出させており、静岡市( @twelve_shizuoka & @wcb_12ban & @wcb_container )はもちろん浜松(@wcb_hamamatsu )、大阪( @wcb_shinsaibashi )、東京(期間限定)、沖縄( @wcb_chatan )で現地を盛り上げています。
誕生から瞬く間に日本の大人気ブルワリーになったWest Coast Brewingさんですが、どのビールもハイクオリティで本当に間違いなし！
定番はもちろん、ブルワーさん達がそれぞれ個性を持ってビールを作っており、
新作が出るたびに飲むのが楽しみです。

Brewery located in Shizuoka City.
West Coast Brewing has expanded its directly managed stores to various locations outside of Shizuoka City.
You can drink their beer daily in Hamamatsu, Osaka, Tokyo (for a limited time), and Okinawa.
West Coast Brewing has quickly become a very popular brewery in Japan since its birth, and all of their beers are very high quality.
In addition to their regular beers, each brewer makes beers with their own personality.
You’ll look forward to drinking their newest release every time it comes out!!

3. うしとらブルワリー

栃木県下野市のブルワリー。
下北沢のビールと聞いて、真っ先に思い浮かべるのがこのうしとらブルワリーさんではないでしょうか。
下北沢にある老舗ビアバーうしとらさんが、2014年に栃木県下野市で設立したブルワリーです。
うしとらブルワリーさんの作るビアスタイルは多岐に渡り、そのそれぞれがオリジナリティに溢れています。
ビールの名前もなんだこれ！となるような面白いネーミングセンス。
常に安定したバランスの良い美味しいビールを楽しむことができます。

When you hear of a beer shop in Shimokitazawa, the first thing that comes to mind is probably “Ushitora”.
Ushitora Brewery was established in Shimokitazawa in 2014 by Ushitora, a long-established beer bar in Shimokitazawa, in Shimono City, Tochigi Prefecture.
Ushitora Brewery produces a wide variety of beer styles, each of which is full of originality.
You can always enjoy a stable, well-balanced, and delicious beer.
The staff are all very interesting, so please talk to them when you go to order beer at NEUTRAL CASE.
In Shimokitazawa, Ushitora 1st @ushitora1st and 2nd @ushitora_2nd are open with powerful staff, so please go there for a drink!

4. CRAFTROCK BREWING

東京日本橋にあるブルワリー。
音楽 x ビールというクロスカルチャーでさまざまなアーティストとコラボレーションをしたり、音楽フェスを主催。今年のCRAFTROCK FESTIVAL( @craftrock_fes )もとっても盛り上がってましたねー！
ビール単体はもちろん、お食事とも合う何杯でも飲めるようなドリンカブルなビールを中心に、さまざまなスタイルのビールを醸造しています。
ブルワーによって個性が違うビールを作っていて、スタイルだけでなくブルワーのバックボーンを感じながら飲むのも楽しいかも？

Brewery located in Nihonbashi, Tokyo.
They collaborate with various artists and host music festivals in the cross-culture of music and beer.
This year's CRAFTROCK FESTIVAL was a lot of fun!
Beer is great on its own or with food.
They brew a variety of different styles of beer, with a focus on drinkable beers that you can drink as many as you want.
Each brewer makes beers with different personalities, and it might be fun to drink while feeling the backbone of the brewer as well as the style.

ビールやサイダーを中心に輸入しているインポーター。
インポートしているブルワリーはヨーロッパを中心にどれも個性的で、ワイルドエールやランビックなどスタイル問わず個性的で美しいビールを輸入しています。
Brewski @brewski.se やTommy Sjef 、Kemker @brauerei_kemker などビアバーにとどまらずレストランにも数多くのDIG THE LINE取扱いビールが並んでいます。
NEUTRAL CASEでは毎回DIG THE LINEのブースは他とは違う酒屋の角打ちのような雰囲気が流れています。

This importer mainly imports beer and cider.
The breweries we import are all unique, mainly from Europe, and we import unique and beautiful beers regardless of style, such as wild ales and lambics.

6. Teenage Brewing

埼玉県ときがわ町にあるブルワリー。
今回初出店となるTeenage Brewingさん。醸造開始から瞬く間に日本のクラフトビールシーンの話題の中心に、彗星のごとく現れたブルワリー。
フレーバーフルで印象的なIPAから味わい深いビールをリリースし、それぞれのビールにペアリングミュージックを提案するなど、音楽家であるオーナーの森さんだからこそできる音楽とビールという２つの要素を合わせた解釈、そしてそれを丁寧に飲み手に伝えていく姿勢は目を見張るものがあります。
目で楽しみ、香りで楽しみ、味で楽しみ、そしてぜひ耳で楽しんでいただけたら幸いです。

Brewery located in Tokigawa-machi.
This is the first time it has appeared in NEUTRAL CASE.
The brewery has quickly become a hot topic in the Japanese craft beer scene since it started brewing, and has emerged like a comet.
The owner, Mr. Mori, is a musician, so he is able to combine the two elements of music and beer in his interpretations and carefully communicate them to the drinker.
We hope you enjoy the beer with your eyes, aroma, taste, and ears.
Teenage Brewing is said to be the hardest to find in restaurants today, and we hope you will enjoy their high quality beers that live up to their reputation at NEUTRAL CASE.

7. Totopia Brewery

愛知県長久手市のブルワリー。
印象的なラベルデザイン、ハイクオリティなHAZY IPAにSOUR。
ビールにハマりたての人も、昔から好きな人も、みんなに愛されるビールをつくっています。
最初から素晴らしかったTotopia Breweryのビールですが、特に最近のリリースは毎回びっくりするぐらい美味しい！
缶を手に取った瞬間から、グラスに注いだ香りを嗅ぎ、口に入れて飲む瞬間まで、ずっとワクワクと幸せが止まりません。
長久手にはオシャレでコンセプシャルなブルーパブもあります。名古屋にいった際には、ぜひリニモに揺られながら(全然揺れないしとても静かですが)長久手まで足を運んで欲しいです。
また、名古屋市内には系列店舗であるBRICK LANEさん( @beerpubbricklane )、USED LIKE NEW BEERさん( @usedlikenewbeer )もありどちらもとっても素敵なお店なので是非！

Impressive label design, high quality HAZY IPA and SOUR.
Whether you're just getting into beer or you've always loved it,
Totopia Brewery's beers have been great from the start, but their recent releases in particular have been amazingly delicious every time!
From the moment you pick up the can, to the moment you smell it poured into your glass, to the moment you put it in your mouth and drink it, you will never stop feeling excited and happy.
There is also a stylish and conceptual brewpub in Nagakute. If you are ever in Nagoya, please take the maglev train to Nagakute (it doesn't swing at all and is very quiet).

8. Novel Craft Brewing

東京都高井戸のブルワリー。
NEUTRAL CASE初出店のブルワリーです。
今回のNEUTRAL CASEをきっかけに、多くの方がこのブルワリーに出会うことがとても嬉しく思います。
Novel Craft Brewingのオーナーブルワーである芦名さんは、世田谷区千歳烏山の老舗クラフトビアバーNovel Craft( @novel_craft )の店主。
姉妹店として2023年、京王井の頭線高井戸駅近くにreverbというブルーパブをオープンしました。
今年3月に醸造免許を取得し、ファーストバッチからとてもクオリティの高いビールをリリースし、飲んだ時はとてもびっくりしましたし、凄く嬉しかったのを今でも覚えています。
”主張し過ぎず日々の生活に寄り添えるよう極力シンプルだけど、どこかやんわり特徴的なビール、もっと極端に言うとminimalismo。
多種多様なスタイルにチャレンジしつつも、常にそんな事を意識しながら醸造に向き合って行ければ”とオーナーブルワーの芦名さんは語ります。

Brewery located in Takaido, Tokyo.
This is the first brewery to open a store at NEUTRAL CASE.
We are very happy that many people will discover this brewery through this NEUTRAL CASE.
Nobel Craft Brewing's owner-brewer, Mr. Ashina, is the owner of Novel Craft, a long-established craft beer bar in Chitose Karasuyama, Setagaya-ku.
In 2023, he opened a sister brewpub called reverb near Takaido Station on the Keio Inokashira Line.
He obtained a brewing license in March this year and released very high quality beers from the first batch, which I was very surprised when I drank it.
“We are trying to create beers that are as simple as possible, but somewhat subtle and distinctive so that they can be a part of your daily life without being too assertive, or to take it to the extreme, minimalismo.
I hope to brew with this in mind while taking on the challenge of brewing a wide variety of styles,” says owner-brewer Ashina.

9. VERTERE

東京都奥多摩町のブルワリー。
VERTEREさんは東京を代表するブルワリーのひとつ。
飲み口の軽いビールを中心に、IPA、サワーやセゾンなど様々なスタイルのビールが楽しめます。
味はもちろんのこと、グッドデザインアワードを受賞する白を基調にした印象的な缶のデザインなど、ビールが好きな方は誰しもが一度は見たことがあるはず。
奥多摩駅からすぐ近くのタップルームは、本当に素晴らしいロケーションでぜひ皆さんに足を運んでいただきたいです。
共同代表のYUIは、VERTEREさんのタップルームへの感動がきっかけでビール業界に足を踏み入れることを決めました。
醸造設備を大きくしたことによりますますVERTEREのビールが多くの方々に届区でしょう。ぜひ、これからの日本を牽引していくであろうブルワリーのビールを、NEUTRAL CASEで味わってください。

VERTERE is one of the leading breweries in Tokyo.
You can enjoy various styles of beer, mainly light-drinking beers, such as IPAs, sours and saisons.
In addition to the taste, everyone who loves beer has seen the impressive white-colored can design, which has won a Good Design Award.
The directly operated café just a short distance from Okutama Station is a truly wonderful location that I urge everyone to visit. You will be impressed.

10. Brasserie Knot

北海道鶴居村にあるブルワリー。
豊かな自然と、長閑な酪農地帯が広がる鶴居村にBrasserie Knotの醸造所はあります。
廃校となった小学校をリノベーションした醸造所です。
今でも覚えています、 2022年10月15日に世田谷通り沿いの酒食堂パーラー( @parlour.shusyokudo )いいとみさんでWINDを飲んだのが初めての出会いでした。
あまりのクオリティの高さに衝撃を受け、これは凄いブルワリーだぞ、とそのテンションのままビール友達や同業者にたくさん連絡を送りました。
都内でも限られた場所でしか飲むことができないBrasserie Knotさんですが、
今回はNEUTRAL CASEでご一緒できることを光栄に思っております。
NEUTRAL CASEではどんなビールが飲めるのか、私たちも楽しみにしています！

Brewery is located in Tsurui Village, Hokkaido.
The brewery is located in Tsurui-mura, a village with rich nature and a quiet dairy farming area.
The brewery was renovated from a closed elementary school.
I still remember the first time I had a glass of WIND on October 15, 2022, at the sake restaurant Parlor Iiomi along Setagaya-road.
I was shocked at the quality of the brewery, and I sent out a lot of messages to my beer friends and colleagues, thinking that this was a great brewery.
Brasserie Knot is a brewery that can only be found in limited places in Tokyo,
We’re honored to be able to join them at NEUTRAL CASE.
We’re looking forward to seeing what kind of beers we can drink at NEUTRAL CASE!

11. 万珍醸造

山梨県北杜市明野町にあるブルワリー。
日照時間日本一。
カメラの三脚工場だった巨大な元工場をD.I.Y.で改装したMANGOSTEEN HOKUTOは３つの万（よろず）珍（めずらしい）をコンセプトにしたスペースからなる複合施設。
その中の一つ万珍醸造はあります。
私達との出会いは下北沢からほど歩いたところにある下北沢と三茶の間の万珍酒店( @mangosteen_liquors )。
月に一度の万珍ビール会という密会のようなビールをみんなで飲み合う会で彼らとのストーリーは紡ぎ始めました。
下北沢のクラフトビールフェスとして、そのメッカが下北沢にある万珍醸造さんをいつかオファーしたいと思っていた中で、今回ついにその願いが叶いました。

Japan's number one in sunshine hours.
A huge former camera tripod factory was renovated with D.I.Y. MANGOSTEEN HOKUTO is a complex facility consisting of three spaces based on the concept of "many (yorozu), rare (mezashii).
One of them is Manchin Brewery.
We met at Manchin Brewery, located between Shimokitazawa and Sancha, about a short walk from Shimokitazawa.The story with them began spinning at the monthly Manchin Beer Kai, a secret beer drinking party where everyone drinks beer together.
While we had hoped to someday offer MANGOCHIN Brewery, whose mecca is Shimokitazawa, as a craft beer festival in Shimokitazawa, we finally got our wish this time.

12. 箕面ビール

大阪箕面市のブルワリー。
これまで数々の世界コンクールで金賞を受賞するなど国内外から高い評価を得ています。最近だと、World Beer Cup 2024でのBohemian-Style Pilsenerでブロンズを受賞したことが記憶に新しいですね。
箕面ビールさんがきっかけでクラフトビールシーンにのめり込むことになった方も多いかと思います。
日本のクラフトビール黎明期からシーンを支え続け、かつ柔軟に様々なブルワリーとのコラボや新たな試みを率先して行なっていくその姿勢は心から尊敬しています。
どのビールを飲んでも本当に素晴らしく、これぞ日本のクラフトビール代表！と言えるブルワリーです。

Brewery located in Minoh City, Osaka.
It has been highly acclaimed both in Japan and abroad, having won gold medals at numerous world competitions. Most recently, they won a bronze for their Bohemian-Style Pilsener at the World Beer Cup 2024.
Minoh Beer is the reason why many of you have become involved in the craft beer scene.
I truly respect the way they have supported the craft beer scene since the early days of craft beer in Japan and have been flexible enough to take the initiative in collaborations with various breweries and new attempts.
Every beer I have tasted has been truly wonderful, and I can say that this brewery is the representative of Japanese craft beer!
