【Life at lake side forest | 湖はんの森暮らし】Baking a lemon cake on a rainy day / 穀雨の檸檬ケーキ
この時期を境に少しずつ雨の日が増え、土も柔らかくなるので田畑に種をまく良い時期になります。
この時期は春風によって肝臓が乱れやすくなるため、気を巡らす効果（疎泄作用）のある檸檬ケーキを作りました。
In old days of Japan, we used to think there are 24 seasons in a year. Kokuu is one of the periods, which is around 20th April to 5th May.
From this time it starts to rain more often and it is a good time for planting seeds.
It gets humid and it's not really good for the body. So we made a lemon cake because it helps to get rid of the humidity in the body.
