深セン男児刺殺事件が起こっても中国に対し渡航危険勧告をしない誤謬の日本国と外務省

中国深センにて日本人学校に通う男の子が刺殺されるという事件が起こったのはご存じの通りです。

アメリカ、韓国、アイルランド、カナダ、オーストラリア、イギリス、台湾などは以前より中国への渡航警戒レベルと高く設定し、アメリカの場合ですと、「警戒レベル３」（渡航の再考を促す/Reconsider travel to Mainland China）となっています。

対して日本は新疆ウイグル自治区及びチベット自治区以外の中国へは危険レベルをいまだにゼロに設定しています。

このように国家間で危険レベルの設定対し大きな乖離があることについては、2023/11/20に衆議院にて「外務省と米国国務省による中国危険情報の乖離に関する質問主意書」（松原　仁）として質問書が提出されていますが、

外務省の中国に対する危険レベル設定は本日になってもゼロのままです。

As you know, a boy attending a Japanese school in Shenzhen, China, was stabbed to death. Countries such as the United States, South Korea, Ireland, Canada, Australia, Taiwan and the United Kingdom have set a high travel alert level for China for some time now, with the United States at "Alert Level 3" (reconsidering travel).

In contrast, Japan has still set the risk level for China other than the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region and the Tibet Autonomous Region at zero.

Regarding this large discrepancy in the risk levels set by countries, a question was submitted to the House of Representatives on November 20, 2023 titled "Questionnaire on the discrepancy in China risk information between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the US Department of State" (Matsubara Hitoshi), but the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' risk level for China remains at zero as of today.
