Bizmatesでの学び振り返りパート2

昨年、半年間Bizmatesレッスン受講しましたが、毎日25分レッスンの時間を確保することに必死で振り返りができていませんでした。チャット履歴を見直して講師から指摘された事を思い出しつつ、覚えておくべきフレーズ、単語をまとめていきたいと思います。

英語で言った事
The company needs to lay off employees in terms of sustainability.

We don't want to lay off employees however, we need to do this in order for the company to survive.

ボーナスはパフォーマンスによって支払われるべきである
英語で言った事
Bournes should be paid based on their performance. 
講師のリフレーズ
I think the fairway of distributing bonuses is according to the performance.

ロブは会社への帰属心がない
英語で言った事
Rob does not have a mind to stay at the company.

Rob doesn't feel any attachment to the company.
