つまるところ、マスターカードなどの決済コードをマスターカードのシステムに流さずロシア国内で同じコードを使いロシア国内で処理をするシステムを構築していたということで、マスターカードなどのロゴがある店では決済ルートは違っても、決済自体は出来るということですね。しかもこの準備２０１４年から?

そうは言っても、これでクレジットカード業界はなんの問題もありませんとはいかないでしょう。
